JACKBITE Snapback Full Cap combines an aggressive jack-o’-lantern graphic with a contrasting Black and Orange colourway, bringing a darker visual identity to a classic five-panel streetwear silhouette.
The front features a sharply constructed pumpkin face with angular eyes, a triangular nose and a jagged, exaggerated grin. Created using Orange Siser Brick Flex 600 HTV, the artwork has a raised matte surface that adds physical depth to the graphic.
A Black cotton twill crown, Orange flat peak, matching contrast details and a small ArtiFacture side logo complete the design.

Design
The design of JACKBITE is built around a familiar Halloween symbol, reinterpreted through sharp angles, aggressive proportions and a clean geometric structure.
Rather than using a traditional illustrated pumpkin, the artwork focuses entirely on facial features. Narrow, slanted eyes create an intense expression, while the exaggerated zigzag mouth introduces a more aggressive character.
The triangular nose forms the central point of the composition, separating the upper facial elements from the extended row of pointed teeth.
The Orange graphic is positioned centrally on the smooth Black front panel, allowing the individual shapes to remain clearly defined against the dark fabric.

The result is a compact but visually distinctive graphic that gives JACKBITE its own character without covering the entire front of the cap.
Built around a darker expression
JACKBITE takes inspiration from the carved faces associated with Halloween, but moves away from rounded pumpkin illustrations and traditional seasonal decoration.
The graphic is reduced to its most recognisable elements: eyes, nose and teeth. Each element is constructed from sharp geometric shapes, giving the face a more angular and confrontational expression.
The extended mouth is the dominant feature. Its irregular teeth create a sense of movement across the lower part of the design, while the upward-slanting eyes reinforce the aggressive appearance.
Using a single Orange colour keeps the composition visually direct. There are no gradients, unnecessary outlines or additional background elements competing with the main graphic.
Against the Black crown, the face becomes the defining visual feature of the cap.
Although influenced by Halloween imagery, JACKBITE is designed as a graphic streetwear piece rather than a novelty costume accessory.
Raised vinyl artwork
The JACKBITE front graphic is produced using specialist Siser Brick Flex 600 heat transfer vinyl.
Brick Flex 600 is a thick polyurethane-based HTV material with a nominal thickness of 600 microns (0.6 mm). Unlike conventional thin garment vinyl, it creates a noticeably raised surface that adds depth and structure to the artwork.
The Orange material has a matte finish, allowing the shape and thickness of the individual elements to form part of the visual design.
Each section of the pumpkin face is cut from the vinyl, positioned on the front panel and heat applied to create the finished composition.
The graphic is not embroidery, DTF or a conventional flat printed image. Its raised construction is an intentional part of the JACKBITE design.
The thickness of Brick Flex 600 is particularly suited to bold shapes and compact graphics, making it an appropriate material for the sharp geometric features used in this design.

Graphic construction
The front artwork is arranged around three main components.
The upper section contains two elongated angular eyes, positioned diagonally to create a narrow and aggressive expression.
A small triangular nose sits below the eyes and establishes the centre of the face.
The lower section contains a wide zigzag mouth, formed from uneven pointed teeth. This is the largest and most visually complex part of the composition.
The Black fabric remains visible between the Orange vinyl elements, helping separate each facial feature without adding another printed colour.
The approximately 6 x 6 cm graphic occupies the central area of the front panel, leaving Black space around the artwork to maintain a balanced composition.
A smaller ArtiFacture logo is positioned on the left side of the cap, introducing a secondary branding element that complements the main graphic without competing with it.

Production
JACKBITE features an original ArtiFacture graphic applied to a two-tone cotton twill snapback.
The front pumpkin face is individually cut from Orange Siser Brick Flex 600 HTV, positioned and heat applied to achieve the intended geometric layout.
A smaller ArtiFacture logo is applied to the left side to complete the design.
Careful positioning is important to maintain the intended spacing between the eyes, nose and jagged mouth.
