Discounts & Promotions
This page explains how discounts, promotional codes, Sale prices, and Bundle Savings work at artifacture.co.uk.
Different promotions may have different conditions. Where a specific offer has its own terms, those terms will apply in addition to the general information below.
Bundle Savings
Bundle Savings are available on selected eligible products.
Current Bundle Savings are:
- buy 2 eligible items and save 10%
- buy 3 to 5 eligible items and save 15%
- buy 6 to 10 eligible items and save 20%
Only products included in the Bundle Savings promotion count towards the qualifying quantity.
The discount is applied automatically in the cart when the required quantity of eligible products is added.
Sale Items
Products or product variations marked as Sale are offered at a reduced price.
Sale items are excluded from Bundle Savings.
This means a product already reduced as part of a Sale will not receive an additional Bundle Saving.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, standard promotional coupon codes cannot be applied to Sale items.
Newsletter Signup Discount
Customers who subscribe to the ArtiFacture newsletter may receive a 10% discount on their first order.
The Newsletter Signup Discount can be used alongside:
- Sale prices
- Bundle Savings
Where another eligible discount has already been applied, the Newsletter Signup Discount may provide an additional 10% reduction.
The discount is intended for eligible newsletter subscribers and is subject to the conditions communicated with the offer.
Promotional Coupon Codes
From time to time, ArtiFacture may issue promotional, customer, seasonal, or limited-time coupon codes.
The conditions of individual coupon codes may vary.
Some promotional codes may be used alongside Bundle Savings.
Other promotional codes may be restricted from use with:
- Bundle Savings
- Sale items
- other coupon codes
- selected products or product categories
- other promotions
Any restrictions that apply to a particular promotional code may be stated with the individual offer.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, standard promotional coupon codes cannot normally be applied to Sale items.
Combining Discounts
Not every discount or promotion can be combined.
Whether a promotional code can be used alongside another offer depends on the conditions attached to that specific code.
For example:
- Sale items do not qualify for Bundle Savings
- the Newsletter Signup Discount can be combined with Sale prices
- the Newsletter Signup Discount can be combined with Bundle Savings
- some other promotional codes may also be combined with Bundle Savings where permitted
- other promotional codes may be restricted from being combined with existing discounts
The cart and checkout will automatically calculate eligible discounts based on the products, quantities, and promotional codes entered.
How Discounts Are Applied
Automatic promotions such as Bundle Savings are calculated when eligible products are added to the cart.
Coupon codes can be entered in the cart or during checkout.
Where a coupon is valid and eligible for the products in the order, the discount will be applied automatically.
If a coupon cannot be used with a particular product, Sale price, or other promotion, the discount may not be applied to that part of the order.
Product and Variation Eligibility
Some promotions may apply only to selected products, product variations, collections, or categories.
A promotion may therefore be available on one product or variation while being unavailable on another.
Eligibility may also change when products are added to or removed from a promotion.
Promotion Availability
Promotions may be:
- available for a limited period
- limited to selected customers
- limited to selected products or categories
- subject to minimum quantities
- subject to other conditions stated with the offer
ArtiFacture may introduce, change, suspend, or end promotional offers at any time.
Any discount correctly applied to an order that has already been completed will remain part of that order.
Pricing and Checkout
Prices and discounts shown in the cart and checkout are calculated according to the products, quantities, applicable taxes, and eligible promotions in the order.
The final amount payable will be shown before the order is placed.
Customers should check the cart and checkout before completing payment to make sure any expected promotional code or discount has been applied.
Errors and Misuse
If a promotional code or discount is applied incorrectly because of a technical error, obvious pricing error, misuse, or circumstances outside the intended terms of the promotion, ArtiFacture reserves the right to correct the error before an order is fulfilled.
Promotional codes must not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or used in a way that is inconsistent with the terms of the individual offer.
Changes to Discounts and Promotions
We may update this page when our discount structure or promotional rules change.
The latest version will always be available on this page.
Where a specific promotion has separate terms, the terms of that promotion take priority if there is any difference between them and the general information on this page.
