BONEHEX Snapback Full Cap brings a skeletal identity to a classic five-panel streetwear silhouette. Combining a Black / Grey colourway with an aggressive geometric skull design, BONEHEX takes a familiar symbol and transforms it into a sharp, stripped-back graphic.
The front features a distinctive skull face constructed from angular shapes, hollow eye sockets, a pointed central nose and a series of elongated skeletal teeth. Created using Grey Siser Brick Flex 600 HTV, the artwork has a raised matte finish that adds physical depth to the design.
The Black cotton twill crown provides a contrasting background for the Grey graphic, while the matching flat peak, ventilation eyelets and top button complete the two-tone construction.
A small Grey ArtiFacture logo on the left side adds a secondary branded detail without distracting from the central artwork.

Design
The BONEHEX design is built around a geometric interpretation of the human skull, replacing traditional anatomical illustration with a more aggressive arrangement of sharp edges and angular forms.
The upper section features two opposing structures that rise into narrow points before turning inward to form the distinctive eye sockets.
The eyes are deliberately elongated and sharply angled, giving the skull an intense, confrontational expression.
At the centre, a small angular nose sits between the eye sockets, while the lower section develops into a series of pointed skeletal teeth.
The composition uses the Black fabric as negative space, allowing the individual Grey elements to define the face without additional printed outlines or background details.

Behind the BONEHEX design
BONEHEX explores the skull as a graphic symbol rather than a realistic anatomical illustration.
The design focuses on the structural elements that make a skull instantly recognisable: the eye sockets, central nasal opening and exposed teeth.
These elements are reconstructed using sharp geometry, giving the artwork a more abstract and aggressive appearance.
The upper contours form a wide skeletal frame, rising into narrow points before descending towards the eyes.
The eye sockets are positioned at opposing angles, creating a heavy expression and directing attention towards the centre of the face.
Unlike a traditional rounded skull, the BONEHEX composition avoids soft curves wherever possible. Its character comes from defined corners, diagonal lines and sudden changes in direction.
The lower section introduces a series of long pointed teeth that extend beneath the main facial structure.
These teeth create a distinctive silhouette and reinforce the graphic’s darker identity.
The entire artwork uses a single Grey colour, allowing the Black fabric beneath it to form the negative spaces between the individual components.
No gradients, additional illustrations or unnecessary decorative elements are used.
The result is a skull reduced to its essential graphic features, with every shape contributing to the overall expression.
Raised vinyl artwork
The BONEHEX front graphic is produced using specialist Siser Brick Flex 600 heat transfer vinyl.
Brick Flex 600 is a polyurethane-based HTV material with a nominal thickness of 600 microns (0.6 mm). Its thicker construction produces a noticeably raised surface compared with conventional thin garment vinyl.
The Grey material creates a matte three-dimensional finish that emphasises the sharp edges and geometric structure of the skull.
Each element of the artwork is cut from the vinyl, positioned on the front panel and heat applied to form the finished composition.
The raised surface introduces depth to the design while maintaining the clean appearance of the individual shapes.
This is not embroidery, DTF or an ordinary flat printed graphic. The thickness and physical structure of the vinyl are intentional parts of the BONEHEX design.
The angular eye sockets, pointed upper contours and elongated teeth are particularly suited to this finish, allowing the material to reinforce the overall geometry.

Graphic construction
The BONEHEX artwork is organised into three main visual sections.
The upper section forms the outer skeletal structure, with two angular contours extending upwards before descending towards the centre of the face.
These forms create the distinctive outline surrounding the eye sockets.
The middle section contains the sharply angled eyes and a small geometric nasal opening.
The nose is positioned centrally, helping maintain symmetry between the opposing sides of the skull.
